Trouble Logging into site

Hi, i've been unable to login to the site for near a month now i keep getting a error and "there is a problem on our end, please try again in a few min". sometimes it'll redirect me to wildstar and give me a error there. My friend was able to login but when i tried logging in at his place it seems to have made it unable for him to login now as well. I see someone responded to another post on this subject and i already tried clearing cache and contacting support is impossible since it wont let me log on.
