Is there still Sogun's Lament Hard mode?

As title said, I am playing a WL and for the Bombardment Mastery I need chilling flame elixir. Since I dont PVP, I have found out that I can do PVE and get chilling flame elixir by combining one thing from cold storage (125 cold orb thing) and one thing from Sogun's Lament Hard mode. But I dont seem to find Sogun's Lament Hard mode in F8, anyone know if this still exist, and if not, is there anyway to get that thing to combine into Chilling flame elixir.

 

Also a side question, for WL's Imprison skill, how do we get HM Imprison?

It doesn't exist anymore, it now drops from normal mode, but very rare, easier to get via PvP tokens.
