Mastery Bundle

So question about the mastery bundle.  I have looked everywhere to see if it is still worth buying.  I just recently returned to Blade and Soul and I noticed that in the previous bundle there were a couple other things included in it that do not seem to be apart of it now.  Is it still worth the 20 dollar price tag as before or should i just wait and see what happens in the future?

basically you're buying it for the hongmoon energy stage 8 which would normally cost (if im doing my math right) about 2k gold.
