How does the level 50 voucher works?

So if I buy a level 50 voucher, create a class then dont like it. Can I delete that character and get the voucher back to create another one?

I don't believe so. It's a one-time-use item.

I would advise you to look up Guides/Gameplay of every Class you layed your eye upon and then decide to make said Class.
