Dumplings won't restore health

The link shows the weird bug :/

My health only increases from the normal regain rate. Dumplings won't make my health go to 100% - it doesn't seem to have any impact at all.

Um. From what I saw your HP was max. The blue bar is your ultimate move charger, which has to regenerate by itself. Dumplings only recover HP.

Ah, geez. I was looking at that bar by mistake //facepalm
