I can't get the Baotite Gauntlet

So I'm playing with my kung fu master and i need the baotite gauntlet to evolve my true blight gauntlet but i cant get the baotite gauntlet at the trader in yeharas mirage, because i can't get the cinderlands valor stone anymore.

So I need some help here idk what to do now.

You don't need to upgrade those old weapons. Just keep using them until you reach silver-frost map. Then, you can trade for unrefined legendary weapon. This is what you start to upgrade your legendary weapon.

 

Or if you haven't finished the story line quests yet, you will get the unrefined legendary weapon sometimes in silver-frost map.

Still it was one of the nicer looking weapons in game. Anyone know if its gone from the game entirely or was it moved to another merchant or something?
