So... How am I supposed to find a Clan to join???

As you can see It's not exactly clear. No competitive clans show up and the social one just seem to be a random roulette. I can't view any information about the clan.

Also want to add that there is no place to put clan recruitment in the Forum

There is indeed clan recruitment posts on the forum. It's under Servers. 

Click the server you're on and just scroll through the clans recruiting and see the requirements.
