Yesterday I installed the game for the first time and today it finished installing but appeared a message saying "maintenance in progress, try again later." and the "play now" button does not work either. Is this some mistake? I really do not know what to do. Sorry for my bad English

Like it says maintenance is currently being run on the servers (NA and EU).  4 hours for NA so it will be back up at or around 8 am PST.  This is scheduled every Wednesday and the expected duration will be posted in the News and Announcements section of the forum and here BnS Twitter
