Hello, for the The Golden Harvest Festival we'll need to craft materials.
So my question is which level we'll need for craft the event items?.

As Rysa stated you only need to be level 1 in the crafting guild.

Can you explain me this event i m really confused how i can craft "Thanksgiving Box" if i have just one main character with 2 crafting guild?

(My Earthseers crafting guild on 33 lvl character.For get "Secret Family Recipe" i need to done Naryu Sanctum??)

You can craft everything yourself if you have 2 alts, and crafted items are buyable from F5 anyway. And yes you need to clear Sanctum.
