New Gift Box/Key in email ??

Just saw someone posting a new Box, able to open until Okt 18th u can get for free as new player or verteran, its via a redeemable code at the Account page, but wonder why I dint got a key or a mail. someone else got any Infos ?

Is it a person that hasn't logged into game in months? They like to send out incentives to bring players back that haven't played in a long time.
