Error 200 Account authentification failure

I know that there must be a lot of post with this same matter but all of them are old

since the last update i havent been able to login im currently living in dominican

republic, i have tryied everything posible like VPn, new account different computer

and i still cant log in. Still getting the same error if i use the vpn i get the 300 error

if i dont i get the 200 error.
