Blight weapon won't unseal with Hongmoon unsealing charm

Hello,

My gunslinger is lvl 24 and I got the Blight pistols but I can't open them with Hongmoon unsealing charms.

I get this when I try:

But when I try to unseal other weapon it works:

 

It's been a while since I played the game but I don't remember anything like this happening on other characters. Can someone help me please?

just a random bug whats the big deal? just buy unsealing charms from trader npc they are 10s

Well the big deal is that it seems to be happening for all gunslinger weapons and I have like 60 Hongmoon charms that don't work for them.

Which trader is that? I checked all at Jadestone, none have it
