submit a ticket

Since it´s not possible for me to submit a ticket to the support. It´s time to use the forum :s

the problem is: If i try to submit a ticket to the support me end up here https://account.ncsoft.com/settings/index so me click on the support button choose Blade and Soul and i´m back to the support page... click on the submit a ticket and end up at account settings again...


Someone know this Issue or how to solve it?

If the website causes problems for you, please submit your ticket by email (using the email associated with your NCSOFT account) to support@bladeandsoul.com. Please mention your submitting problem along with the original issue you wanted to report.
