Crash while reciving TOI reward????

heya there. when i did toi - i did go to floor27 and it says "you have completed the challenge". and i was gonna recive my reward. but no! i crashed! so all of that was for nothing? i wont recive my reward?? are you serious BNS?

I've had the same problem. It should just instantly give you the item, forcing us to hit a button and risk crashing or DCing (which also denies you the reward) is stupid. But NCSoft doesn't care about players whatsoever, and has made that abundantly clear with immensely poor game design choices.
