So you can only enter this dungeon once a week and the quest says 7 so i suposed its also once a week, if i use a reset will the quest also be reset? or do i wait 24h like a dailly then reset and it wil be available?

No there is no reset for the weekly quest. If you reset the instance, you will only receive the rewards from the dynamic quest for the 2nd run.

 

Same principle as with resets of Cold storage or Heaven's Mandate, to prevent excessive benefit from farming what should be a limited supply of easy content / high reward runs.
