Hi, please can you make Offal of Luminance be tradeable or at least bound to account?

They're fairly easy to farm anyway, don't see any reason to make it tradable. Not sure if it's 100% drop chance from the gold chest in the treasure room, but I've gotten them on my first attempt on my 2 times I've done it.
