Piercing Tier 5 Stage 2

Does anyone who actually has this skill think it was worth getting? Wanted advice before I throw this ember away. 

 

Conflaguration flash from what I have read around takes 3 seconds off Lunar Slash cooldown. So if you used the full Lunar Slash time to use dragontongue and hit an extra afterward you should be about 6 seconds into the next tab. There is the choice of either using flicker into dragontongue or this piercing skill. I can see it being useful for when you get knocked off stance and your tab has been wasted or something. Still not sure....

 

And then if you are using Violent blade a lot seems even less worth it.

i am using it in pve, it is nice to get another way get draw stance without changing position. If you want boss watch same direction and not wanna q or ss.  i am not using it really often, but in some situations i see it usefull.
