Does Infinite Challenge Still Drop in Dreadtide?

F3 says it's a "transmute outfit" now, but I don't see it anywhere in the transmute pouches, anyone know for sure?

Just got my Infinite Challenge costume, damn it, i'm never doing that again, i lost count of times i ran that dungeon. But i sold 1000 tickets at least 2-3 times.

 

And thats just for one character, i don't even like the Yun version, Not going to bother with my Gon KFM(who would really suit it).
