How do I get this skill? I thought I could unlock it as achievement or buy it somewhere but I have no idea. Nothing in my journal tells me how to get it. Does anyone know how?

It already says "CAN'T BE FOUND". It's not unlockable.

No one knows if its coming, even in KR it's unlearnable.

So I take it that it is coming in future updates....man I wish they just removed the skill instead of teasing me.
