Training Certificate Missing?

So I was today checking the premium membership tabs in Dragon Express and noticed that the Training Certificate was missing. In last patch notes it wasn't mentioned to be removed

Please tell me this was accident and it will return to dragon express or please bring it back! >_<

Just got clarification that indeed they removed Training Certificate from Dragon Express. Please bring it back!!!!! >_<

I think that removed during hm skill price changed in Dragon Express. So 2 patches ago.
