Can't submit a ticket or view my previous tickets

I was told by other people in game that it might be my browser but after trying several browsers I still can't open a support ticket nor view my previous tickets if possible I'd like some assistance or least an explanation on why i can't do this.

i have the same problem. when i click on  submit a ticket it will send me back to my account setting.

I use Firefox and was just able to successfully start a ticket and view my previously created tickets.  When I first tried a while ago to submit a ticket or buy NCoin I had to allow a number of NC Soft sites in my Java script blocker.  It was kind  of challenging because they didn't show up in the normal "forbidden sites" list for a page.  However, I can see the addresses flash by as the page loads.  I wonder if your issue is similar.
