Stuck inside X-server Lobby

This is not happening to me atm. But it happened to my guildmate.. We went X-server..pick Sogun.. and this Happened

So basically she STUCK and left behind in X-server queue lobby.. STILL ONLINE but displayed as offline... How can this be possible :S ?  Imagine if this happened in Desolate tomb.. 4 man...

 

Seriously this really turns down my mood of playing.. I wish some fix to be made available.
