Preset not working

I've been trying to get some lyn presets and i found this one :

but when i download the 4th image, the square one with the preset grey background, it say "failed to apply appearance".

Im not a big expert in presets but it sems to have the right things, like size and no extra parts applied on the image.

I got some other presets from the same site and they worked so im a little confused.

 

Anyone got an idea?  (Or maybe a working preset of the same char?)

I don't think those presets work then. :/ There are some in the web that doesn't work but it looks like "preset" 

you just have to hope it works when you apply them in game.
