Dark/Light Specter Costume Inquiry

I'm just curious, will these costumes ever be in the HM store where one can get it directly with Ncoins? Or is it only a Treasure Trove event thing?

The light/dark specter costumes had a chance already to be sold directly in the hm store however they weren't popular enough to make the cut.

Not sure if they'll be in the next players choice sale will be or any similar type of event however as long as players still want them, they'll be back sooner or later.

Seriously, NCWest should just occasionally put them in a rotation, or even a 3-day flash sales.
