Question about cross server "weapons"

A week ago i couldn't do most of the level 50 dungeons, it said i didn't have "Scorpio axe and siren staff" and now suddenly i can. what happened?

Have you done recently a weapon upgrade?

The requirement doesn't require you to actually have stated weapons, but their level of upgrade/stats.
