STILL Can't edit my own profile

Since the NA launch my forum profile has been bugged and I have had numbers in place of my name.. They still haven't fixed this VERY SIMPLE TO FIX issue.. Seriously its pathetic.

While we're add it, could we please have a sticky post explaining what we can and can't do with our profiles? It's quite frustrating trying to set your Avatar or your Signature, and have it not work (apparently, some Profile options this forum has are turned off), and NOT have it explained anywhere that this is intentional.
