xxxAoi
Your specs is just right, way above the requirements, but I'm guessing it's the motherboard you need to work on. Not that using other than SSD is an issue but the loading time can be slower. On the general graphics settings, I tend to leave them as is but on the Advanced section, I optimize for combat, set texture to 4 then the rest set to 3. Disable all other features like motion blur, bloom, etc. If this didn't help, try ticking the "Optimize for low end PCs".
LordGuilty
the motherboard is a (HP 81FA Socket FP4) , other than that i tried all the above without an important fps change. What annoys me the most is that i am able to run other recourse demanding games on ultra high settings without dropping below 70-60 fps

Cor
Imo the cpu sucks, bns profits from high clock speeds and the cpu isn't that great in that aspect. Googled a performance test and it says that the cpu can't keep up the max boost speed and performance drops by up to 20% after 1min.
LordGuilty
I cleaned every bit of the laptop withtout any result also if it was the cpu causing the problem i dont get why I can play titles like star wars battlefront with a respectable 60 fps on high settings and not BNS. Cor
Because that game is not as cpu intensive like bns, for bns the performance depends mostly on the cpu while the gpu barely makes any difference.
