What Guilds to Choose for Alts?

Hi, I'm a relatively new player and I was wondering what guilds I should choose on the alts I'm making, would it be more profitable to go with Soul Wardens + Potters again? Or should I go with something else?

Forgekeepers/Prospector's Union and Silver Cauldron/Herbside Service are pretty profitable while not being as expensive as Merry Potters and Radiant Ring are. Or you can just pick whatever looks interesting so long as you pick the paired gathering guild for it.

 

For my characters I went with:

1)Soul Wardens/Tree Fellers, Merry Potters/Green Thumbs

2)Acquired Taste/Trapper's Alliance, Silver Cauldron/Herbside Service

 

For my 3rd character, I'm torn between doing the Forgekeepers/Radiant Ring/Stonecutters/Prospector's Union or going with Earthseers/Fish Network and some kind of filler since there's an odd number of guilds. :(
