Baleful vs Seraph?

Does anyone use Seraph for summoners?  Seem like 30% cd reduction on briar thorns may contribute more damage than 2% damage increase of Baleful staff.  But the additional damage on hit of baleful seems very useful and much more consistent in terms of damage in dungeons.

 

Seraph may be good for pvp.

there you can see some comparison of both weapons. For Earth and Wind Build Baleful is on every Stage stronger then seraph.

The only difference is in that spreadsheet, you get a 100% crit chance buff which isn't in NA.
