OK, i read the message when I got it, then when I got there I wanted to read it again, but there was only one line but not the rest of the message. I have tired over and over again but cant get the secret passageway to open...Can anyone give me a hand with the puzzle??

After you defeat the guardian that appears when you get it wrong it'll say in chat a sequence you have to recreate via the lanterns on the side ~

If I recall, this is the 5 light puzzle with a fight if you mess up? I think it works like this, every time you kill the statue there should be a message about the order of the colors. Every time you activate a light, it'll be a specific color, if it's correct it'll stay on, if it's wrong you have to fight and reset the puzzle. I think the specific order is different for everyone, but basically it's find out what each lantern's color is and activate in your specific order.
