Been 57 hours in total since i submitted multiple tickets regarding my account being locked, and still yet no response from the so called "support" that this game has or any form of progress. idk why it takes them so long and what's so difficult in unlocking my account so that i can resume playing while my membership is still active. It's as if they're trying to make my membership run out so that i'd have to buy another to renew it.
