Patch Question

I thought they mentioned we are getting june/july patch. It seems we only got the june balance patch.  So question is did they mention july balance chances ever?

I'd also like to know.. Mainly for the WL Soulburn and Awakened skill changes.  Thought those would be in this patch :(

Maybe someone can ask Johnathan to see if we were suppose to get july balance to.
