Weapon upgrading problem

Hello. So i stopped playing BnS few months ago just after the extention update so i already knew about oathbreaker weapons but i just restarted playing and i have a problem with my weapon. I have true profane weapon stage 10 but i get only the oathbreaker choice and from what i have seen i should have got 2 choices.Besides that i don't even have the Skypetal Weapon anymore (don't ask why) so i can't go on with upgrading my weapon on oathbreaker path .Please help me with some answers :)

pirate and siren paths were removed few months ago ,so only the oathbreaker path is available now. You can get the skypetal weapon from valor stone trader Chayong (Grand harvest square) and Sun Giwon (Northreach silverfrost)

I'd advise you to at least wait till next weeks patch before upgrading, so you can get the new cheaper upgrade costs.
