The Event Swimsuit will be Account Bound?

It was supposed to be stampable but it is not yet. According to Jonathan this will be fixed in the next content update so let's hope they will do that. I got 3 outfits waiting to be mailed to my other characters. :D

I actually just farmed it for my Jin, didnt liked it for Lyn, so there will be any way to mail it thru stamps in the future?
