Trade/Mail Costumes

So I won a bid on a costume to send it to another character on the same account. Is there anyway to do this? Am I missing something? I have played plenty of MMO games that offer this type of service, but haven't figured it out in BnS.

Costumes which are dungeon drops are not able to be mailed, even to alts.

Only the costumes you buy from the Hongmoon Store can be mailed if you purchase enough Stamps to mail them.
