Hongmoon skill volume 3 - Anklebiter

I got the volume 3 skill today and now I could learn the last tier of anklebiter, but it doesn't seem to work. You are suposed to be able to use it 2 consecutive times, but it doesn't happen. I only use it once and get the 18 sec cooldown as usual.

Anyone that has the skills and was able to use it?

It works fine.

 

after you use it the first time you have a 2s window to use the second if you dont you get the 18s cooldown.

If you use both you get 36s cooldown.

 

Basically you need to use the kd right away 2 times else its no point.
