didnt get the fiery nebula stone

Im sure that i hadnt touched this game for at least 3 months and last week i came back and started playing again

and i just heard that if u hadn't played the game for 1+month u  can i get a fiery nebula stone, but i checked everything and it wasn't there

is it because that i didnt sign up for the newsletter thing or is that u can no longer get the thing?

Not sure but if you didnt get it then obvi you didnt meet the criteria for it.
