Where are these flawless sparkling hongmoon hexagon gems with AP from? I've got one from the current event pouches, and it's possible to get one by trading 60 event tickets, what about the rest of them? Are they crafted from item transmute (10x hexagon fragments + 1 honor ornament)? If so, I'm assuming 99% of the time you'll get something crappy?
