Can't see my friend anywhere in-game.

We're both in Bamboo Village, in the same channel, I can see her blue mark on my map, but I can't see her in-game. Anyone know why?

One option is that your friend was doing quests that are in different dimension but still in same area. For example at the beginning at level 3 or so you will enter Bamboo Village that is being attacked and later at level 4 you will be in the peaceful and sunny Bamboo. Can you meet each other at all even after entering Everdusk area or is your friend still invisible for you?

Can you see other players in general? If not, maybe you have players turned off? Try pressing "Ctrl F", it's the shortcut to turn players on/off.
