Newsletter Thank You Package Delivery

As we mentioned in the Producer’s Letter on June 3, we’ll be sending a thank you package to anyone who has signed up for the Blade & Soul newsletter before the 2.3 Soul Fighter maintenance begins on 6/22. We'll be contacting everyone individually via email to let them know when their thank you package is available to redeem on the account management page. You can verify that you’ve signed up to our newsletter by logging into account management and ensuring the box is checked under Email Preferences. Due to the volume we’re sending out, we expect it may take up to a full week for everyone to receive theirs—keep an eye out, and we appreciate your patience.

 

All thank you packages will be applied directly to the NCSOFT account email that was used to subscribe to the newsletter with, so there won’t be any need for manually applying a code to your account.

 

Once you receive the package notification email you can redeem the package by logging into your account, going to the “Apply a Code” section, and selecting the Blade & Soul tab. Activate the available code, and the package will be delivered to your in-game mail.
