Account Hacking issue

Alot of people being hacked recently. Just now a clan member of mine got hacked into. We're comfired with her at discord that is someone else logon her account.
is there a security issue with NCsoft? 
Her IGN:Emillybelle hope NCsoft can fix her account and give all the stuff back to her as soon as possible

There is no security issue. There are fake emails and messages in-gamke being sent to players, If she clicked one of those and filled in her information...thats where it happened.
