Scam or real?

So, I haven't logged in for a few days and when I logged in there was this mail I got from "NCSOFT Team". Something about if you don't log into "Bladeandsoulsupport.com" I'll be suspended for not doing so. It says the link expires in 24 hours. Not really sure if this is a scam or if "Bladeandsoulsupport.com" is really a thing. Can anyone clear this up for me? I would be thankful. 

 

Edit: it also says something about getting a free outfit and 1k Hongmoon coins, which sounds a little scammy to me. I don't know if I'm just being paranoid or what!

Its a scam. NCSOFT will never ever send you any message in-game nore will they ever tell you if you dont login somewhere they will suspend your account.

 

They will only communicate via email with you and never ask for your login details.
