The server just drop the packets if they don't originate from a client. 

It's hard to explain =/.

Let's say you are the server and you only accept 'red' boxes, and the only way to get 'red' boxes is to go through a certain factory (client).
Not sure if it helps you to understand =/.

So any solution?

Ps in normal situations n before vengesnce break patch i had 47to 52 ms n now im like 170 to 400 plus packet loss plus fps drops n freezes n disconect

If you want to know your ping to the game server, you should use the resource monitor.

I know that but still its shows me like 60 but ingame ping i have crazy numbers

The in-game 'ping' is bad and gives wrong values here and there, don't rely on it.
