"Blue silk" "red silk" costumes

Anyone know if the Qipao-like costumes worn by "blue silk" and "red silk" in Talus Dungeon is obtainable? If so how?

Red silk and blue silk... also know as scarlet bird and blue bird are not obtainable through the talus dungeon. You could buy red silk's costume in the HM shop. Blue silk's costume was also the HM's last week's limited time only outfit rotation.  So if you want blue bird... you are kind of out of luck :/
