Base attack power?

Base attack power comes from lvl only right?

me and my gf are both fm's HM 8 but my base ap is 109 while hers is 106

Any idea why?One day she had 530 ap and next day she noticed she had 527 without changing anything.Any idea what we are missing?

Press U and select Bonus Attributes. Is the Bonus for doing the Naryu Lab 10 Times activated? It gives 3AP. Maybe thats the reason. You can switch the unlocked Bonus attributes anytime if you unlocked them.
