What is the problem here?

 

I got disconnected while I was taking Mysterious man in the Nightshade....

 

Nothing wrong with my internet and after that I couldn't even login back.

 

Keep says my passward is wrong.  After few tries, it gives error message, I can't do a thing.

 

Thank you NCsoft you ruined my quest.

I went out 2 hours ago and let my character on ingame, i come back now, it's on lobby(as expected) and can't log in...
