Unable to use Super Sunflower after unlocking acheivement

I ate the Royal Zen Bean, unlocked the achievement, but still am not able to use Super Sunflower :( it says I still need to unlock the achievement when I hover over the skill. Help?

did you put skill points into it? You need to put 2 skill points into it and the way it works is it increses overflow from 3 to 5 seconds.
