I can't change my display name... yet?

As the title says I still can't change my display name. What is this? I almost never get on the forums but I would like to at least have control over my own profile. The last time I logged into the forums was maybe February. Back then I couldn't change it as well. Now it's been almost 2 months and I STILL can't change it. Am I the only one?

The forums do not offer an option to change your forum display name. Please send us an email from the email address that is tied to your forum account to B&SCommunity@NCSOFT.com, and we'll be able to update that pesky string of numbers to a name that you desire. Please follow the steps below to search for an available name that you can submit within your email:

 

1. Enter the desired forum name in the search bar across from the Dev Tracker tab at the top right of the forums.

2. Before pressing enter, change the drop down menu on the left hand side to "Members" then press enter.
