Hongmoon Pellet / Clan Crafting Question

Ok, I am aware of the MAT requirements to craft the pellet.  Do you actually need to have 5 Rank 3 crafters "signed up" as contributors to craft the item as well?  Can I just gather the mats, and make the item, or are the specific crafter contributors also required prior to the crafting?

You need the contributors (and materials) before you can start crafting.

for crafting the pellet u need to make the contract and pay the fee, which is the gold/soulstones/insignia etc. once the contract is made anyone in the clan can donate the materials needed and people who have the proper crafting levels needed can approve (same person can approve for multiple contributor spots so long as they have it at needed levels). once all these criteria have been met the pellet will start crafting.
