Is the hongmoon lmb worth it for bm

Is the hongmoon breeze for blademaster worth putting so many skill points into and if so, which form is the best one?

2% hp per crit sounds pretty nice for pve and I go almost that far for pvp for the extra focus and extra focus on crit + the improved attack animation that allows you to get 2 breezes off before casting take flight and 1 breeze off upon enemy landing without them being able to retaliate. With only two points in breeze you character takes a step forward when casting breeze (and actually moves a short distance) and you lose a attack before casting take flight and casting breeze upon landing is much more risky (to the point of not being worth unless your latency is good) because of the much slower animation. 

 

Ive lost to many games due to my poor chi management, so these points are a no brainer to me. 

 

Edit: with low enough ping you can get 3 breezes in b4 take flight, I have never been able to do this (not even once, but it is possible and there are youtube videos showing it being done) Got 7 ms ?
